Schadenfreude

I can't tell you how many times I've seen something just like this happen. I don't miss trucking one bit because everyone always assumed I was this guy. Nothing like being treated like the lowest common denominator.

The sad thing is he could have cleared that bridge. The truck is 13' 6".  Most states give you 1 foot for snow accumulation, so the bridge was actually 14' not 13'. He had 6 inches to spare. I'd have at least eased up to it and see if it cleared. If it wouldn't then back out (trust me cars will get out of the way), don't try a u-turn.
