- Haven't posted much lately with all the holiday hoo-ha, so I thought this would be a good time to reflect on the past year.
- Finally got to take my long anticipated trip to Belize. It was everything I could have wished for. My hosts at Barnacle Bill's Beach Bungalows were fantastic. Could have done without the 2nd degree sunburn over 50% of my body, but it was worth it. Investing in some SPF150 for my next trip.
- The Daytona 500 was interesting after Juan Pablo Montoya took out the jet dryer. He's officially hit every vehicle on the track now.
- Viva Las Vegas!
- Some companies are born great, some companies achieve greatness, and some companies drop greatness on your face -- in the form of a taco.
- Milestones were passed and lessons were learned. Both of which were painful.
- There was plenty of farmwork that got done.
- We got a new TV channel.
- Learned that Powerstrokes are fickle.
- Rodeos are still cool.
- So is Icky Twerp.
- I traded my midlife crisis for an age appropriate ride.
- Learned there are some downsides to age appropriate things.

Thanks for the tip on Ch. 47!
33.2 and 5.2 are also running lots of vintage programming: Burns & Allen, Hopalong Cassidy, Hazel, FKB, McHale's Navy, The Lone Ranger (alas, in color - heresy!), Charlie's Angels, MPI, Roy Rogers, HTH, Leave It to Beaver, Bachelor Father, Good Times, Three's Company, Sanford & Son, All in the Family, Emergency!.
One could do worse - and today's network programmers usually do.
Unfortunately, I am sans antenna. After the digital swap I barely get a signal. I need a 50ft tower to get over the trees and landscape and even then the signal is weak. DirecTv doesn't carry the digital subchannels so I am S.O.L.
