Don't know if it's the same one, but I remember one similar at the last or next to last BBQ cook-off in my town, sponsored by one of the local service groups.
It belongs to one of his employees. But, I don't think it's the same one you saw. It's actually in the paint shop getting the finishing touches put on it tonight before we head to the track.
I'll have pics of the completed rig in action this weekend.
I must confess, the first thought that came to mind when I saw that smoker was, "How cool would it be to need a smoker like that."
