My feeble attempt at capturing a Texas sunset. I'm really pissed because I missed the perfect shot by 2 minutes as I ran in to get my camera. Still, it's a Texas sunset (ironically just outside Sunset, Texas) and that ain't bad.
Commercial free since 1962! Home of the random obscure movie reference and occasional news from a unique perspective.
Still, nothing wrong with that image.
ReplyDeleteAny special filter or just normal exposure used? I don't think I've ever gotten a good sunset, or Sunset, shot.
I used a red filter and auto exposure with a landscape setting on a Canon T3i.
ReplyDeleteI really wish I had gotten the pic 2 minutes earlier. It was spectacular when the sun was just sinking into the horizon.
I gotta admit, I get some pretty amazing sunsets here with all the red dirt dust from West Texas.
